Susan Salko has wide expertise in developing and implementing integrated marketing programs and image campaigns in the lifestyle and consumer products categories. She brings to Ostrow & Partners clients strong client counsel and writing skills and boasts an enviable track record of conceptualizing and executing grand scale special events on behalf of a number of blue-chip clients, including Procter & Gamble, Sara Lee, the Seagram Company, Avon, Unilever and Estee Lauder.

Most recently, Ms. Salko unveiled Cover Girl's interactive retail wall for the national beauty press, created a point-of-purchase brochure for Hellmann's Citrus Splash salad dressings, and produced Merck-Medco's national marketing department meeting, which included an extensive multi-media presentation.

Ms. Salko has also launched numerous product collections for the Wonderbra brand via high-visibility stunts on land, sea and air and promoted such national programs as Avon's annual Women of Enterprise Awards, Secret Antiperspirant's Teen Esteem Tour,'s holiday gift store and Ikea's multi-market Earth Day events benefiting the Campaign to End Childhood Hunger. Highlights of her career include handling the Central Park Fashion Show during the 1992 Democratic Convention, which garnered enormous media coverage, coordinating the United Way gala benefit honoring Michael Jackson, implementing a national model search and sweepstakes program for Wonderbra and launching Karl Lagerfeld's Sun Moon Stars fragrance and ad campaign at a Plaza Hotel press conference featuring the designer and ad campaign model and actress Daryl Hannah.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Salko was a management supervisor at Marina Maher Communications, handling the consumer and trade public relations marketing of major brands within the Sara Lee Corporation, Procter & Gamble and the Seagram Company. She began her career at Howard J. Rubenstein Associates and later held an account executive position at the personal management firm Chen Sam & Associates, where her clients included Donald Trump, the Doris Duke Foundation and the legendary model Carmen. Ms. Salko also served as assistant director of public relations for USA Classic, managing such labels as Danskin Sport, Nautica, Everlast, B.U.M. Equipment and Philippe Monet.

Ms. Salko holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and political science from Vanderbilt University and is a member of American Mensa. email:
