Terry Gordon brings a depth of diversified corporate, financial and investor relations experience to Ostrow & Partners' clients, having worked successfully with major corporations, investment exchanges, companies on the cutting edge of applying technology to financial transactions and companies in transition through mergers, acquisitions and other corporate restructurings..
Before returning to consulting with Ostrow & Partners, Inc., Terry served as Vice President for Public Relations for eONE Global, the division of First Data Corporation that identifies, develops and operates emerging payment systems and related technologies. At eONE, Terry developed and implemented public relations strategies and media and analyst-focused programs that identified eONE and its operating units - SurePay , govONE Solutions and Taxware - as leading participants in the development of integrated electronic business payment solutions and services that complete the financial supply chain for corporations and trading networks.
Previously Terry served as Assistant Vice President for Corporate Communications for the New York Board of Trade during the period when that commodities exchange was formed through the merger of the Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange and the New York Cotton Exchange. Terry was the lead spokesperson for the Exchange to the media during this three and a half year period, developed its communications policies and materials and prepared the Exchange's senior executives for interviews with major business and investment-oriented media.
Earlier in his career, Terry developed corporate experience at Avis Rent a Car, focusing on the re-branding of that international company as it was acquired by Cendant Corporation; and consulting experience as a Vice President Corporate Communications at Rowland Worldwide, and as an Account Professional at investor relations firms Morgen-Walke and Porter, LeVay and Rose. Among the clients he has counseled are Saudi Arabian Marketing and Refining Company, Saatchi & Saatchi plc, Canon USA and MasterCard.
He is a graduate of Fordham University and lives on Long Island.
